LEARNING OUTCOMES
Upon completion of the program, doctoral students will be able to:

Demonstrate an advanced understanding of public administration theories, policy analysis, and governance.
Apply ethical and moral principles to complex decision-making within public policy and administration, emphasizing divinity-centered values.
Conduct original research in public administration and contribute to the development of innovative policies and practices informed by theological insights.
Formulate and implement public policies that promote social justice, equity, and compassion within diverse communities.
Analyze and address contemporary public administration challenges and opportunities from a divinity-based perspective.
Lead and inspire teams within public sector organizations, fostering a culture of ethical leadership and public service.
Contribute to the academic community by publishing research in the field of divinity in public administration.
Engage in lifelong learning, professional development, and the application of divinity-centered principles in the practice of public administration.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for admission must hold a Master's or equivalent degree from university or college with at least a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 (4.00 scale). 
REQUIRED CREDITS
43 credits or more
SPECIAL CREDIT RECOGNITION POLICY 
Field experiences, such as participation in religious activities, work experience, and field activities, may qualify for special credit recognition. Additionally, prior learning may be evaluated for credit beyond standard coursework.
FAITH BASED EDUCATION
Kennedy University offers only educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in the categories of ministry, counseling, theology, education, administration, music, fine arts, media communications, or social work.
